Dark Star of Kohlrabi
Another creation from my culinary, homegrown, backyard stellar nursery of Celestial Vegetables . With Pole Beans Trionfo Violetto, Ruby Swiss Chard, Bronze Fennel and a Purple Kohlrabi with its Greens and Scapes. (Obviously influenced by the jammin’ 1960s.)

The name of my creation was chosen as a shoutout to musical friends who are enthusiastic "Deadheads" (which is something I'm not). Note: Dark Star of Kohlrabi was recently shown on the fortieth anniversary edition of CBS Sunday Morning.
