Dark Star of Kohlrabi

Another creation from my culinary, homegrown, backyard stellar nursery of Celestial Vegetables . With Pole Beans Trionfo Violetto, Ruby Swiss Chard, Bronze Fennel, and a Purple Kohlrabi with its Greens and Scapes. (Obviously influenced by the jammin’ 1960s.)
