From Artist Marcia Zs:The Dahlia “A La Mode” is so beautiful that it can turn a daydream into art. “A La Mode” is also magical. I found while picking a bloom’s petals, the creamsicle colors of orange and white also included yellow. Those are all favorite colors within my garden palette. No wonder the dahlia led me to dream of a beautiful imaginary scene where the distinction between the sky and the land is blurred.
My dream is composed using Dahlia “ A La Mode”, Marigold ”Strawberry Blonde”, Calendula “Yellow Porcupine”, Hosta flowers, Goldenrod, Zinnia “Benary’s Giant Lime”, and Cuban Oregano.
