Still Life for Salsa

A Work of Art that is also a Visual Recipe. With Homegrown Jalapeno and Banana Peppers, Tomatillos, Heirloom & Sungold Tomatoes, Shallots and Cuban Oregano. Which were served as Salsa to a Gathering of Family a few hours later. This is a flat image, including the digitally imagined Trompe L'oeil frame which incorporates 19th Century patterns as used in Vick's Monthly Magazine.
