How much do we love Basil? Enough to grow our own star in the Edible Universe. For this Organic Collage, we grew 26 varieties from seed: African Blue, Basilico a Foglie di Lattuga, Cardinal, Cinnamon, Corsican, Dark Opal, Dolly, Fine Green, Gemma, Genovese, Green Pepper, Largo Dolce per Vasi, Lemon, Lettuce Leaf, Magical Michael, Napolitano, Palla Verde Scuro, Persian Basil, Piccolo Verde, Red Rosie, Red Rubin, Siam, Snowball, Spicy Globe, Thai Holy Kaprao, and West African. Plus a halo of grape leaves. And, yes, our blooming artichoke is at the center. You don’t have to grow 26 types of basil as we did, but you can still #GrowYourOwnStar
