Fruit of the Flower City

Fruit of the Flower City was designed using digital restorations from specially chosen original hand colored prints and chromolithographs. The sixteen selected fruit plates represent different varieties offered by19th Century Nurseries located in Rochester, New York. Each plate was originally created by a selection of Rochester’s printing firms from 1870-1905.
